We recommend keeping the shotcrete wet for at least 7 days to ensure optimal results. If your personal superintendent has not yet contacted you, please reach out to us. It’s important to monitor the water level in your pool during the plastering process. With your assistance, the water should be turned off once it reaches the middle of the tile to prevent any issues. If you are concerned about the pool overflowing overnight, please do not turn off the water; but simply slow down the flow and continue to let the pool fill. Turning off the water while the pool is filling could cause a hydration ring stain on the plaster that is very difficult to remove.

Your personal superintendent will reach out to you shortly to guide you through monitoring the water level in your pool. Once the water reaches the appropriate level, you can begin regular maintenance. We’re here to support you every step of the way to ensure your pool remains in excellent condition.

Once your pool construction is complete, your construction coordinator will contact you to setup an appointment Monday – Friday from 8am-4pm to receive your custom comprehensive instructions on pool maintenance to ensure long-term enjoyment.
