How long will it take to build my pool?
Depending on the complexity of your chosen pool design and on city inspections, your pool may be ready for you to enjoy in 8-12 weeks.
Your team staked my pool today and it looks too small!
Yes, the staked pool sometimes does seem smaller than it will when it is complete. If you’ve watched a house being built, the same thing happens: the slab looks way too small. Once the hole for your pool is dug, you’ll get a new perspective. You’ll then be able to see just how large the pool is going to be.
Your men tied the steel in my pool today and they forgot the steps!
We custom-build your steps out of concrete on the day of gunite. We will create them following your customized design plan.
Do I need to keep the gunite wet after my pool is shot?
Yes. We will place sprinklers on your pool. To help the gunite cure, it’s great if you help keep it wet.
Your team did not show up to work on my pool today.
We pride ourselves on being the best Rio Grande pool builders. In order to maintain the highest standards, we hire and extensively train professionals to work on your pool and we coordinate each phase of the construction process to make sure that our entire team provides you with the highest-quality service. Sometimes this means that several days pass before the next team arrives to work on the next step in the process. If you have concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. My pool was plastered today and my garden hose was left running. Do I need to do anything with it?
If your personal superintendent has not already done so, he will contact you to ask for your help in monitoring the water level in the pool. With your help, the water should be turned off when it reaches the middle of the tile.
